peace and prayer flags

i think prayer flags are so fascinating. i love that they are not really religious but serve more to promote peace and compassion. though they traditionally were found in tibet, i love that they have been adopted everywhere. you can even buy them on etsy! i think they look lovely hanging from a front porch or in a backyard.
