lemon & lavender
so, for some reason, i've developed a new obsession with lemon & lavender. i actually just want to say the two words over and over because i think they even SOUND wonderful. i'm thinking i'll open a bakery/tea shop called lemon & lavender..who wants in? (l&m, i know you do) i also think they'd go together as a perfect decoration at a wedding. not only would they look beautiful, but they would add a romantic scent to the air. now normally, i'm not one to obsess over the french countryside, but this has got me thinking...with lemon & lavender i could make soap...or sachets..or shortbread..or all three..
If I fail out of graduate school, or fail to get a job, I would definitely make things out of lemon and lavender with you. It sounds like a relaxing job--I imagine wandering into the Lemon & Lavender shop, just to find that all of the workers are napping, you know, because of the soporific effects of eating lemon shortbread and sniffing lavender-scented soap.
